Because I have seen in my work that clients who commit to regular weekly sessions benefit the most from therapy, we will look for a day and time that works for you and reserve this spot for you weekly.

Private Pay: I can accept HSA/FSA cards, debit or credit cards. Payment is due at the beginning of each appointment.

Insurance: I can accept and bill Premera Blue Cross Insurance and some "other blue plans" associated with Premera Blue Cross of WA as an affiliate of Northwest Family Life. Using such insurance, you would be a client of NWFL. For all other insurance, I can give you a receipt called a “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. In either case, it is important for you to contact your insurance company before we begin therapy to understand the particulars of your insurance plan’s policies for reimbursement. You may want to get clarification about your deductible status, if you need pre-approval for therapy, or if there are any restrictions like coverage amount per session or number of sessions allowed.

Please consider that, while insurance coverage can help make therapy more accessible and affordable, it might place limitations on the kind of care you receive and can require that I assign you a diagnosis.
